This 30 minute session can be done over the phone, video chat, or in-person depending what works best for you! We will review your entire Client Questionnaire and discuss your responses and any concerns you may have.

If the consult is in-person, we can also go through a quick assessment if time allows. This will give us a better idea of your existing endurance, flexibility, etc.

Group Exercise Classes Descriptions:

Fit to Fight: Focuses on injury prevention for soldiers preparing for boot camp.  We will take movements back to the basics for a portion of each class to ensure mobility, stability and tissue health is on par for the rigors of what lies ahead in training.  This class also involves strength and endurance training to progressively build muscle and cardiovascular fitness to ensure further prevention of injury.   

To Health circuit: Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout! If you’re looking for that quick and effective calorie burn, this is the class for you!  I’ll boost your energy to get through the rest of the day and provide you with the results you desire. Involving TRX, battle ropes, kettlebells and more, this class offers total body workouts in a variety of layouts and always-changing exercises so you’ll never get bored and neither will your muscles!

Obstacle Course Race Training: Training for your first, fifth or hundredth Spartan or Tough Mudder? Looking to PR overall or improve on a specific obstacle or the sprints between? This class is for YOU!  Offering a plethora of equipment and innovative program design, we will help you meet your goals in an exciting and engaging environment.   

Wedding Bells to Barbells: Did he put a ring on it?! Join us and sweat away for your wedding day!  Your wedding is a once in a lifetime experience in which you will have pictures and videos to look back on for LIFE. This class is designed specifically for brides, bridal parties, fiancé and fiancées, groomsmen and/or entire wedding parties who want to look their best when your date rolls around! We will cover movements that work the specific parts of the body you want to show off for pics and will have you not only glowing, but also chiseled in that dress / tux for your special day!
